Mail-in repair

Send it in for repair.

Tell us what the equipment is and what it was doing when it failed. An RMA number comes back the same business day — then you ship.

A board on the bench raises questions that are one call, not four emails.

Where the repaired board goes back to. This gets copied onto a label.

If nothing here fits, pick Something else and describe it below. It still gets looked at.

If it is legible. Often silkscreened near an edge.

Symptoms, error codes, what you have already checked, and whether it failed suddenly or intermittently.

Flat rate per item, and nothing to pay for the work if it cannot be repaired.

Packing it so it survives the trip

A whole console goes in its original box if you still have it, otherwise any box with at least two inches of padding on every side — it must not shift when you shake it. A bare appliance board goes in an anti-static bag first, a grocery bag is not one, then padded the same way. Snap off nothing, and leave connectors attached if they came away with the board.

If a wiring harness or a display came with it and might be part of the fault, send it. Diagnosing a board without the thing it was driving sometimes means guessing.

Full terms, warranty, and return details are on the policies page.
