What I make
Parts you cannot buy anymore, and parts nobody sells
Designed in CAD, printed in plastic, and checked against the real thing before it ships.
Obsolete and discontinued parts
The part broke and the manufacturer stopped making it years ago. I reverse-engineer it from the broken original — or from photos and measurements — and print one that fits.
Brackets, mounts, knobs, and covers
The small parts that hold everything else together: sensor mounts, cable clips, replacement knobs, battery doors, access covers, spacers.
Enclosures
Cases for electronics, controllers, and sensors, designed around the board and the connectors so everything lines up the first time.
Product prototypes
A physical version of an idea you can hold, test, and show someone — then revise. Fit, form, and function before you spend money on tooling.
Printing from your file
Already have a model? Send the STL, STEP, or 3MF and I print it. I check it for printability first and tell you if something will not work.

How it works
Four steps. You approve a written price before anything is printed.

Send what you have
Photos and measurements, the broken part itself, or your model file. Email photos and files to support@systemvoidz.com — the contact form cannot take attachments.

Quote
You get a price and a turnaround in writing before I start. Nothing is modelled or printed until you say yes.
- 03
Model and fit-check
I model the part and print a fit-check. If it needs adjusting, it gets adjusted before the final print.
- 04
Ship
The finished part ships to you at cost. The design stays on file, so a reorder is print cost only.

Once I have designed a part for you, the design stays on file. A reorder is print cost only — no design time the second time.

Materials
Four plastics, each for a job
Not sure which one you need? Tell me where the part lives and I will pick.
- PLA
- Indoor parts and fit-checks. Stiff, accurate, and inexpensive, but it softens in a hot car.
- PETG
- Tougher than PLA. Handles mild heat and many common chemicals.
- ASA
- Outdoor use. Holds up to sun, UV, and heat — equipment housings, anything that lives outside.
- TPU
- Flexible, rubber-like. Gaskets, bumpers, grips, and feet.
Limits
What I won't print
- Firearm parts or components of any kind.
- Safety-critical or load-bearing parts where a failure could injure someone — lifting, pressure-containing, brake, or steering parts, for example.

Common questions
What do you need from me?
Any one of three things: clear photos with measurements, the broken part itself mailed in, or your model file (STL, STEP, or 3MF). Email photos and files to support@systemvoidz.com.
Tell me what the part does and where it lives — indoors, outdoors, near heat, under load — so I can pick the right material.
Can you match a part you have never seen?
Usually, yes. Photos from a few angles with caliper measurements of the critical dimensions are often enough. If the fit is tight or the shape is complicated, mail me the part and I will measure it here.
Who owns the design file?
You do. When I design a part for you, you get the STL or STEP file on request. I also keep a copy on file so a reorder costs print time only.
How long does it take?
Turnaround is quoted per job, because a knob and a multi-part enclosure are not the same amount of work. A 48-hour rush is available at +50%.
Do you print in resin or metal?
No. FDM plastics only — PLA, PETG, ASA, and TPU.
